Appointment Policy

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. Out of respect to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. If it is your first visit, please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to fill out our intake form.  Please call ahead if you anticipate a delay in your timely arrival.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events do happen occasionally, that’s part of life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and in consideration of our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

  • 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
  • If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged for 50% of your appointment.
  • No-show/no cancel appointments –Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged in full for their missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
